Before you book
With the consultation and skin analysis. 45 minutes, 150 zł, credited towards your first treatment within 30 days.
Easiest through Booksy — your confirmation contains a link to change the date. Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead; the slot then goes to someone on the waiting list and the deposit is refunded in full.
Up to 15 minutes we perform a shortened treatment, because there is usually someone booked after you. Beyond 15 minutes we have to reschedule.
For treatments over 500 zł and for packages we take a 30% deposit at the time of booking. It is refunded in full if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead; cancel later and it covers the reserved time. The amount counts towards the price of the treatment.
Leave an inquiry with your preferred days — we keep a waiting list and get in touch when someone cancels. Slots free up more often than the calendar suggests.
