First visit

The consultation takes 45 minutes and costs 150 zł. The fee is credited towards your first treatment if it happens within 30 days.

We start with a conversation: what worries you, what you do at home, what you have tried and what worked. Then we look at the skin under a camera at several magnifications — hydration, sebum, vessels, pigmentation, barrier condition.

At the end we set priorities. Nothing can be worked on all at once, and it is fairer to say so now than after your third visit.

• Come without makeup, or leave 10 minutes to remove it — we will do it together.
• No exfoliating treatments for 3 days before the visit.
• Photograph the labels of the products you use. Names are hard to recall from memory.
• Write down the medications and supplements you take, seasonal ones included.
• If you have blood work from the past year, bring it.

Arrive a few minutes early. The first visit starts with tea, not with a form.

You leave with a plan in writing. Not with a bag of products, and not with a promise that we will "see in a month".

The plan contains: home care laid out for morning and evening, a list of treatments in the order that makes sense, the expected total cost and a realistic timeline. If any step needs a dermatologist, that is written down plainly.

Buying products is not a condition of anything. If what you have at home works, we leave it alone.

You can change or cancel the appointment yourself — the link is in your booking confirmation. Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead so the slot can go to someone on the waiting list.

Arriving up to 15 minutes late means a shortened treatment, because there is usually someone booked after you. Beyond 15 minutes we have to reschedule.
