Terms of service

General

These terms cover cosmetology services provided by OTULA Studio Kosmetologii Aleksandra Wierzbicka, ul. Wilcza 42/3, 00-679 Warsaw, NIP 701-000-99-99. Treatments are performed by qualified cosmetologists. We do not provide aesthetic medicine services.

Booking

Appointments are made through the online booking system, by phone or via WhatsApp. The inquiry form on this site *is not a reservation* — it is a request for contact, which we answer within 24 hours.

Deposit

For treatments over 500 zł and for packages we take a 30% deposit, paid at the time of booking (BLIK or card, inside the booking system).

The deposit is refunded in full if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling later than that, or not showing up, forfeits it — it covers reserved time that cannot be filled. The deposit counts towards the price of the treatment.

If we cancel or move an appointment, the deposit is refunded in full regardless of notice.

Cancelling and rescheduling

You can change or cancel an appointment yourself using the link in your booking confirmation. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the visit.

Lateness

Arriving up to 15 minutes late means a shortened treatment at the full price, because the next appointment starts at its agreed time. More than 15 minutes late requires rescheduling.

Eligibility

We conduct an interview before every treatment. Withholding information about your health, medication or previous procedures can make it impossible to perform the service safely. We reserve the right to decline a treatment where contraindications exist — in that case we propose an alternative or refund what was paid.

Results

Results may vary individually and depend, among other things, on the starting condition of the skin, adherence to aftercare and completion of the recommended series. We do not guarantee a specific outcome and do not use such promises in our communication.

Prices

The price list on this site is informational and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of art. 66 §1 of the Polish Civil Code. The final price is set after a consultation.

Gift cards

A gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, cannot be exchanged for cash and is redeemable once against any service on the menu.

Complaints

Complaints are accepted in writing at the studio's email address and are handled within 14 days.
