The course
We perform this treatment as a single session — a series is not required.
Our approach
We start by looking, not by selling. We examine the skin under a camera at several magnifications, talk through your daily routine, what you have already tried and what actually bothers you. You leave with a written plan: what to do at home, what makes sense in the studio, in what order and at what pace. If the plan has no room for a treatment, we will say that too.

For every first visit to OTULA, and for anyone with eight products in the bathroom and zero certainty.
How it works
A health and skincare interview, camera analysis (hydration, sebum, vessels, pigmentation), priority setting and a written three-month plan.
How to prepare
- Come without makeup, or leave 10 minutes to remove it — we will do it together.
- Tell us about every medication and supplement, including the “irrelevant” ones.
- Skip strong acids and retinol for 24 hours before the visit.
Aftercare
- No makeup for 12 hours — let the skin be left alone.
- SPF 50 every morning, cloudy days included.
- Return to acids and retinol after 3–5 days, starting at a lower frequency.

Common questions
Ideally yes — the camera then shows skin rather than foundation. If you come straight from work, we remove it here; that is part of the visit.
Usually not in the same slot — the 45 minutes are reserved for the conversation and diagnostics. We book the first treatment right after.
