The course
Recommended series: 6 sessions, co 2–3 tygodnie. Course price: 1500 zł.
Our approach
Acne does not respond to a single treatment — it responds to consistency. The protocol combines cleansing, peels of rising strength and anti-inflammatory work in a repeatable rhythm, with progress checks at every visit. Entry requires a consultation: if the condition is medical, we refer to a dermatologist.
Who it is for
For mild to moderate acne, once causes requiring medical treatment have been ruled out.
How it works
A consultation, six treatments in sequence, a written home plan, photographic progress tracking.
How to prepare
- Stop retinol, acids and mechanical scrubs 7 days before the treatment.
- Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks — including sunbeds and the balcony.
- If you get cold sores, let us know before the visit.
- Come without makeup, or leave 10 minutes to remove it — we will do it together.
- Tell us about every medication and supplement, including the “irrelevant” ones.
- Skip strong acids and retinol for 24 hours before the visit.
Aftercare
- Peeling usually begins on day 2–3 and lasts a few days — do not pick at the skin.
- Sauna, pool and intense workouts — after a week, not sooner.
- SPF 50 for the whole course, winter included.
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Active inflammation, skin infection, active cold sores
- Isotretinoin use, and 6–12 months after finishing the therapy
- Autoimmune conditions in a flare
- Cancer during treatment
- Tendency to keloid scarring
- Fresh tan
- Compromised skin barrier, fresh abrasions or wounds
- Allergy to the formula’s components — we go through it before the treatment
- Acid-based treatments within the last 2 weeks
