How it works
A warm compress, face, neck and décolleté massage at a steady rhythm, a short hand massage, silence at the end.
How to prepare
- Have your last substantial meal 1.5 hours before the visit.
- Arrive a few minutes early — an unhurried start is part of the treatment.
- Tell us about sensitive spots or recent injuries.
Aftercare
- Do not rush out — give yourself ten minutes before you leave.
- Drink water and skip alcohol that day.
- The sense of release is often clearest the next morning.
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Active inflammation, skin infection, active cold sores
- Isotretinoin use, and 6–12 months after finishing the therapy
- Autoimmune conditions in a flare
- Cancer during treatment
- Tendency to keloid scarring
- Fresh tan
- Fever or acute infection
- Recent injuries, fractures, post-surgical states without a doctor’s clearance
- Advanced osteoporosis
