We perform this treatment as a single session — a series is not required.

Full-body exfoliation, a short massage and a hydrating mask under a thermal wrap. A treatment to close out winter or prepare the skin before a trip — and a good first visit for someone who has never been to a studio.

How to prepare
- Have your last substantial meal 1.5 hours before the visit.
- Arrive a few minutes early — an unhurried start is part of the treatment.
- Tell us about sensitive spots or recent injuries.
Aftercare
- Do not rush out — give yourself ten minutes before you leave.
- Drink water and skip alcohol that day.
- The sense of release is often clearest the next morning.
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Active inflammation, skin infection, active cold sores
- Isotretinoin use, and 6–12 months after finishing the therapy
- Autoimmune conditions in a flare
- Cancer during treatment
- Tendency to keloid scarring
- Fresh tan
- Compromised skin barrier, fresh abrasions or wounds
- Allergy to the formula’s components — we go through it before the treatment
- Acid-based treatments within the last 2 weeks
