The course
Recommended series: 3 sessions, co 8 tygodni. Course price: 700 zł.
Our approach
An applicator draws in a fold of tissue and cools it to a temperature at which fat cells gradually die and the body clears them over several weeks. It applies only to local, exercise-resistant folds in people of normal weight. To be clear: this is not obesity treatment.
Who it is for
For local folds resistant to diet and exercise, at a stable weight.
How it works
Assessment, baseline measurements and photos, 45–60 minutes of application, massage of the area, a check-up after 8 weeks.
How to prepare
- Drink a glass of water before, and keep hydrating afterwards.
- Bring comfortable underwear — for some treatments we provide a disposable suit.
- Do not plan an intense workout right after the visit.
Aftercare
- Drink at least 1.5 litres of water within a day of the treatment.
- Gentle movement — a walk, some stretching — supports the effect more than resting.
- Bruising is possible after some treatments and usually fades in 5–7 days.
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Active inflammation, skin infection, active cold sores
- Isotretinoin use, and 6–12 months after finishing the therapy
- Autoimmune conditions in a flare
- Cancer during treatment
- Tendency to keloid scarring
- Fresh tan
- Varicose veins and thrombosis in the treated area
- Hernia in the treatment field
- Kidney or liver insufficiency
- Intrauterine device for abdominal treatments — a consultation is required
