Our approach
Needles deliver energy at a planned depth, bypassing the epidermis — so remodelling happens where it is needed while the surface stays intact. Collagen rebuilds over 8–12 weeks after each session, which is why a course of three spans six months and is judged only at the end.

How it works
Topical anaesthesia for 30 minutes, several passes at different depths, cooling, a repair mask.
How to prepare
- Remove jewellery from the treated area, including small earrings.
- Tell us about every implant, dental ones included.
- Eat something beforehand — the session is long and easier on a full stomach.
- Stop retinol and acids 7 days before, strong exfoliation 3 days before.
- Do not take blood-thinning medication without your doctor’s approval.
- Plan the visit so you have 2–3 quiet days — skin is often red afterwards.
- Come without makeup, or leave 10 minutes to remove it — we will do it together.
- Tell us about every medication and supplement, including the “irrelevant” ones.
- Skip strong acids and retinol for 24 hours before the visit.
Aftercare
- Mild swelling and tenderness can last up to 3 days — a normal response.
- Avoid sauna, hot baths and intense effort for a week.
- The effect builds gradually over 8–12 weeks as collagen rebuilds.
- Redness and warmth usually last 12–48 hours.
- Three days without makeup, sauna, pool or training.
- Cleanse gently and moisturise — no active ingredients for a week.
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Active inflammation, skin infection, active cold sores
- Isotretinoin use, and 6–12 months after finishing the therapy
- Autoimmune conditions in a flare
- Cancer during treatment
- Tendency to keloid scarring
- Fresh tan
- Anticoagulant medication
- Blood clotting disorders
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Recent aesthetic-medicine procedures in the area (at least 2 weeks apart)
- Pacemaker and other implanted electronic devices
- Metal implants in the treated area
- Epilepsy
- Thyroid conditions when treating the neck — your doctor’s approval is required
